Incident Response Ledger ("IRL", "we", "our") is an incident cost tracking and FEMA reporting application. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address and password used to sign in via Firebase Authentication.
• Incident Data: Labor entries, equipment logs, material costs, vendor information, and other financial data you enter into the application.
• Usage Data: Basic server logs including access times and IP addresses, collected automatically by Google Cloud infrastructure.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity and provide access to the application.
• To store and display the incident cost data you enter.
• To generate FEMA-compliant export reports (LEMO spreadsheets).

Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with Firebase security rules that restrict access to authenticated and authorized users only. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest by Google Cloud.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Data is only accessible to authorized users within your organization.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the application administrator.
